Your guide to planning and packing for this All-inclusive adventure! Below are some tips to help you prepare for this amazing trip!
Welcome to Secrets Resort in Lanzarote, Canary Islands! Your stay with us starts on Thursday, July 13th and lasts for 4 nights. Please note that our resort is not family-friendly. A valid passport is mandatory for check-in, so make sure you have it with you. Appreciation Financial is generously covering the cost of one room for you and your guest. If you're coming alone, your room has been changed to single occupancy. All rooms have spacious bathrooms and breathtaking ocean views. Please provide a credit card for incidentals. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. We recommend taking a taxi for transportation to and from the airport, which is about a 30-minute drive away. We look forward to welcoming you!

Restaurants/Dress Codes
Secrets Lanzarote offers various dining options including a buffet, a la carte grills, and a café. A map of the property will be provided at check-in. You can also download the Hyatt Inclusive Collection App on your phone for more information while on property. Be on the lookout for special delivery swag in the mail, more details and information as we continue to get closer.

What to Pack:
For AF welcome events, please pack resort smart attire (i.e. polo shirts, dress shirts, linen pants, blazers, skirts, blouses, dresses, sports jackets, etc.).

• Check the voltage on any electrical appliances you choose to bring. (Spain operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz)

Additional Travel Reminders:
• We’re in the business of insurance, please be sure to buy travel insurance before you depart!
• Spain (especially in Barcelona and Madrid) has its fair share of pickpockets. NEVER leave any of your belongings unattended. Travel locks are a good idea.

Check in, relax and unwind from a long day of travel. Enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants while you enjoy the beautiful Atlantic Coast sunset.

How to Be Prepared
Bathing suit, towel and dry clothes to get changed into. You don’t have to go into the water, but you will be getting wet. Sunglasses and sunscreen is advised.
Wine Tour: Bodegas Stratus, located in the area of La Geria
11:00 am - Pickup and departure from hotel Secrets.
11.30 am - Arrival to winery: visit and wine & cheese tasting.
12:30 pm - Mojo sauce workshop.
1:30 pm - Lunch (includes three course meal with drinks including wine, beer, soft drink and water).
3:00 pm - Transfer to volcano visit.
3:15 pm - Volcano visit.
4:15 pm - End of visit and transfer back to hotel.
4:45 pm - Arrival at hotel Secrets.
NOTE: The buses will be at our disposal, so you can return to the hotel at any time.
How to Be Prepared
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for walking around. The volcano visit is a very easy walk, but we recommend closed shoes / trainers. Sunglasses, hats and sunscreen is always advised.
